CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF A TRANSPORT MACHINE FOR CONVEYING BALL-LIKE MATERIAL

Conveying of granular material in the manufacturing process is quite common. The transport system design directly affected by properties and conditions. Grainy materials can be transported not only mechanical methods such as belt, screw, bucket so on but also pneumatic hydraulic systems. It a general requirement for conveying equipment to allow both horizontal vertical able with minimum energy cost. main goal this work special machine which transports ball-like from one source another. well-known systematic approach used reach optimum satisfying constraints. This includes clarify task (problem definition), conceptual (establish solution principles), embodiment (achieve concept variants selection) detail selected variant. In present study, following approach, rotary plate was designed.
